The Turkish delegation has arrived at the Çırağan Palace in Istanbul, where the meeting between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations will be held, APA’s Istanbul correspondent reports.
The meeting is expected to start at 13:00 local time.
Note that the Russian delegation is headed by Vladimir Medinsky, assistant to President Putin, while the Ukrainian side is led by Defense Minister Rustem Umerov.
The first round of negotiations took place on May 16. Following the meeting, the parties agreed to present each other with their visions regarding a possible future ceasefire.
