Russian President Vladimir Putin has held a phone conversation with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, APA's Moscow correspondent reports citing Kremlin's press service.
During the phone conversation, discussions continued on the normalization of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations, taking into account the talks held between President Ilham Aliyev and Vladimir Putin during the Russian President's state visit to Baku.
It was confirmed that Russia is ready to continue assisting in the preparation of a peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan, encouragement of the delimitation and demarcation of borders, as well as removing blockages in transportation and logistics connections.
During the exchange of views on the bilateral agenda, the positive dynamics of mutual trade-economic cooperation were particularly highlighted.
It was agreed to continue the contacts.

According to the reports, the President of Russia informed the Prime Minister of Armenia about his impressions of his visit to Azerbaijan last week and Pashinyan expressed his gratitude to President Putin for that.
The parties agreed to meet in the near future to discuss the bilateral issues between Armenia and Russia on the agenda.
