The official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Maria Zakharova has commented on the proposal of the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan on signing a mutual arms control mechanism and non-aggression pact with Azerbaijan, APA reports.
MFA official stated in her weekly briefing held today that the best guarantee for the establishment of long-term peace in the South Caucasus is the implementation of the tripartite declarations signed between the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia in 2020-2022: "We are sure that the best guarantee for the establishment of stability, sustainable and long-term peace in the South Caucasus is the quick implementation of tripartite agreements at the highest level."
