"I would like to thank Azerbaijan and its President for always supporting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of our country," the Prime Minister of the Republic of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, who is on an official visit to Azerbaijan, said in a joint press statement after the meeting with the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, APA reports.
"Today, we had a very productive meeting and touched upon various topics. We also discussed global political events between our brotherly countries. Partnership and friendship between our countries are also very important in that global context," said the Prime Minister of Georgia.
