The 3rd international conference on “Islamophobia in Focus: Unveiling the Bias and Shattering Stigmas” held in Baku has concluded its work, APA reports.
The two-day event was attended by scholars, politicians, religious figures, and representatives of international organizations from various countries around the world. The conference discussed the growing scale of Islamophobia, its causes and consequences, and emphasized international solidarity and ways to combat this tendency.
At the end of the event, participants adopted a final communiqué on the outcomes of the conference. The text of the communiqué was read by Farid Shafiyev, Chairman of the Board of the Center of Analysis of International Relations (AIR Center).
