A trilateral format at the deputy foreign ministers' level between Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan provides a good opportunity to discuss crucial regional issues, said Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Bochorishvili, APA's Tbilisi correspondent reports.
"A meeting was held with representatives from the foreign ministries of Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan, and this is a good opportunity to discuss issues that concern our region. Georgia's goal is to contribute to peace and stability in our region as much as possible. Naturally, relations with neighboring countries Azerbaijan and Armenia are important in this format. This is the first time such a meeting has taken place. We were able to discuss important issues for the region in this format, and I hope that in the future, we can continue discussing and working on issues that are important for all three countries," Bochorishvili said.
