According to her, the island’s population has faced a different status due to France’s misguided policy: "Mayotte is currently dealing with a severe issue such as poverty. At the same time, there is no support for the political activities of this state. I believe that the freedom of the Comoros should not be a threat to France. The occupation of Mayotte also affects the security of the archipelago where it is located."
