"We heard numerous distorted statements from the Armenian Prime Minister during his recent press conference," Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov stated at a joint press conference with Serbia's Foreign Minister Marko Djuric, APA reports.

Minister stated that Azerbaijan presented its responses to Armenia regarding the peace treaty project on June 24 this year: "Approximately 70 days later, just a few hours before the Prime Minister's press conference, Armenia returned its version to Azerbaijan. Several key points were removed from the text they presented. Important aspects were not included in the draft of the agreement, and we were told that this was the solution to the issue. In the context of a historical conflict, the agreement and each of its clauses are of great importance. Our recommendation to the Armenian side is to take these issues more seriously. We will present Armenia with a version based on international law and reflecting our national interests in the near future.'”
