On May 21, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Shahin Mustafayev met with Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Dagestan Rizvan Kazimakhomedov, the Press Service of the Cabinet of Ministers told APA.
During the meeting, it was emphasized that within the framework of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia, Azerbaijan-Dagestan relations, which are connected with various regions of the Russian Federation, especially with common historical and cultural values, are of particular importance.
It was also noted that cooperation between Azerbaijan and Dagestan has successfully developed in trade-economic, transport-logistics, industrial cooperation, agriculture and agribusiness, as well as humanitarian fields.
By discussing the implementation of the Action Plan for the development of cooperation for 2023-2025 an exchange of views on promising directions for expanding cooperation was held.
