The date of the meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan and Armenia in Almaty has not yet been determined, said Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alibek Bakayev, APA reports.
He said that the reason for this is that the official Yerevan did not respond to the proposal.
Note that some time ago, director of the Kazakh MFA’s Communications Department Aybek Smadiyarov said the meeting between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan will be held in Almaty.
According to him, if such a meeting would be realized, his country will not participate as a mediator in the negotiations.
