He stated that the most important significance of this forum is not just the exchange of ideas and opinions, but also finding ways to implement them: "Overall, there are many platforms for idea exchange, but the key is that these ideas do not remain just as ideas. I believe that today's forum will create extensive experience and opportunities for Azerbaijan, and will also boost the strengthening of cooperation among NGOs. We feel Azerbaijan's unparalleled support for international dialogue by hosting this forum."
