"There was an evident pause in the talks in the direction of the peace agreement, but the text was being worked on," Minister of the Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov told journlaists, APA reports.
"A meeting was held between President of the Azerbaijan and the Prime Minister of Armenia in Munich Security Conference and following this, decision was taken to restart the process. It's planned to hold physical negotiations on the peace agreement with the Armenian delegation in the coming days," the Minister said.
