Holders of diplomatic and service passports between Azerbaijan and Rwanda will be exempted from the visa requirement, APA reports.
It was reflected in the draft law "Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Rwanda on the Exemption from Visa Requirements for Holders of Diplomatic and Service Passports".
After discussions, the bill was put to a vote and adopted in one reading.
