Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov as part of his participation in the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, APA reports, citing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The meeting covered the political, economic-trade, and humanitarian aspects of Azerbaijan-Russia relations, as well as regional and international security issues of mutual interest.
The importance of high-level visits and reciprocal contacts in discussing cooperation agendas was emphasized.
It was also noted that cooperation within regional and international organizations, including trilateral and quadrilateral formats, is beneficial.
The meeting concluded with an exchange of views on other matters of mutual interest.
