A series of meetings are held with delegations of international organizations and foreign states participating in the 29th Annual Conference of the International Prosecutors Association (IPA) held in Baku, Azerbaijan, General Prosecutor's Office told APA.
According to the information, today, the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan Kamran Aliyev met with the delegation led by the Prosecutor General of the Kingdom of Bahrain Ali Bin-Fadhul Al-Buainain.
Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev, stating that Azerbaijan’s cooperation with the Kingdom of Bahrain has reached a high level within the framework of the Non-Aligned Movement, noted the existence of strong political and trade relations between the two states.
Commenting on the establishment of strong relations between the prosecutor's offices of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Kingdom of Bahrain, Kamran Aliyev spoke about the importance of exchange of experience and bilateral visits of prosecutor's office associates.
The importance for cooperation, involving the fight against crime, protection of citizens' rights, mutual professional visits and exchange of experience, was noted.
Following, a Memorandum of Understanding on the development of cooperation between the two countries was signed in order to strengthen legal cooperation and further intensify existing relations in the future.
The delegation's working to Azerbaijan continues.
