"Azerbaijan and Armenia have reached an agreement regarding the process of demarcation of borders," said Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs James O'Brien while answering questions during hearings about "Future of Europe" in Regional and Security Cooperation Subcommittee of Foreign Relations Committee of Senate, APA reports.
The diplomat then added:
"Both sides have reached an agreement regarding the process of demarcation of border. They have reached an agreement on border lines. There are still some territories, kept under control by both sides."
