"After the EU Mission in Armenia (EUMA) started its operation, numerous military facilities have been built by Armenia along the border with Azerbaijan," Ramid Namazov, the chairman of the Temporary Commission against Foreign Interference and Hybrid Threats, said during a public discussion held in the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament) on the topic “A hybrid attack under the guise of a ‘peace mission’ in the South Caucasus,” APA reports.

He stated that these findings are based on observations: “The Temporary Commission Against Foreign Interference and Hybrid Threats has conducted analyses of developments along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border and the Armenia-Iran border using satellite imagery after the war and these analyses cover the periods before and after the arrival of the EU Mission. Between 2020 and 2022, Armenia constructed nearly 20 military-purpose facilities along the border. Since the arrival of the EU mission in 2022, around 70 military facilities have been built or renewed along the border. Most of these are located in the border regions of Syunik, Tavush, Ararat, and others.”
