Armenia believes agreement on peace treaty with Azerbaijan will be reached

"Works are being continued in the direction of signing the peace agreement with Azerbaijan, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Vahan Kostanyan told 24news portal in an interview, APA reports.

According to him, despite certain differences of opinion between the parties, the government believes that an agreement will be reached on the final version of the peace agreement with Azerbaijan as a result of the discussions that will be continued at the official level.

Kostanyan added that the date of the next meeting with the Azerbaijani side has not been determined yet.

Note that the last time the negotiations between Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov and his Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan took place in Almaty on May 10-11.
