In the first quarter of 2025, the amount of direct investments from Azerbaijan into the Spanish economy amounted to 20 million 896 thousand US dollars, APA-Economics reports, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA).
This figure increased by 2.6 times or 12.9 million US dollars compared to the corresponding period last year.
Note that during the reporting period, the amount of direct investments from Spain into the Azerbaijani economy was 1 million 80 thousand US dollars.
Recall that in the first quarter of this year, the volume of direct investments from Azerbaijan into the foreign economy amounted to 315 million 116 thousand US dollars, while the amount of direct foreign investments directed to Azerbaijan was 1 billion 519 million US dollars.
