In January-July 2024, Azerbaijan's foreign trade turnover decreased by 11.3% and amounted to USD 26 bln. 892.12 mln., APA-Economics reports citing the State Customs Committee.
In the last year, Azerbaijan's exports made up USD 16 bln 98.9 mln, decreasing by 22.5 %, while its imports reached USD 10 bln 793.2 mln, increasing by 12.9%.
During the reporting period, the foreign trade turnover generated a positive balance of $5.3057 billion. However, this is 2.1 times lower compared to the same period last year.
