The draft law "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the State Budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2024" was put into discussion at the plenary session of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament), APA reports.
According to the draft law, with the revision, revenues in the 2024 state budget are predicted to be AZN 36,353.0 million, which is AZN 2180.0 million or 6.4 % more than the approved indicator.
Expenditures in the state budget of 2024 with revision are forecasted in the amount of AZN 39707.3 million, which is AZN 2944.3 million or 8.0% more than the approved indicator, and AZN 3249.4 million or 8.9% more than the actual performance indicator of 2023.
After discussions, the draft law was put to a vote and adopted in the third reading.
