New state duties are being determined; this is reflected in the amendments to the Law on State Duties discussed during today’s parliamentary session, APA reports.
According to the draft, a state duty of AZN 15 is set for issuing operator certificates to drone operators and for issuing licenses, ID cards, or certificates to aviation personnel.
A 10 AZN duty will apply for UAV registration certificates, operational permits for UAV operators, certificates for remote pilots (operators), and permits for UAV model clubs or associations.
The draft was adopted in the first reading following a vote.
