Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced the total amount of aid his country has received from the United States so far. Zelensky spoke about this in an interview with American journalist Ben Shapira, APA reports.
According to him, this figure is $105 billion.
The head of state said that the aid is documented in a completely transparent manner and the main part is for military purposes.
"My country openly documents how much aid it receives. As you know, we received $105 billion. And a large part of it was in the form of weapons," Zelensky noted.
The Ukrainian leader added that these weapons were used directly on the battlefield. He categorically denied allegations in some media outlets that some of these weapons were allegedly transferred to other countries.
