The President of Ukraine held a meeting on the situation in the Kursk region to discuss security, humanitarian aid, and the establishment of military commandant's offices, if necessary, APA reports citing UNN.
Zelenskyy emphasized that Ukraine is defending itself in compliance with international law.
"Meeting on the situation in the Kursk region. We discussed key issues. Security, humanitarian aid, and establishment of military commandant's offices if necessary. Ukraine is protecting itself and the lives of its people in the border communities and is taking active steps on Russian territory. Our forces strictly adhere to the requirements of international conventions and international humanitarian law," the Ukrainian President wrote on social media.
