During the negotiations held in Istanbul, Russia and Ukraine exchanged documents regarding the resolution of the conflict and reached an agreement on preparing a new phase for the release of prisoners of war, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said at a press conference following the NATO summit in Vilnius, APA reports.
According to Zelenskyy, the exchange of documents between the parties took place through the mediation of Türkiye.
He also confirmed that although specific dates have not yet been announced, the parties are working on organizing another prisoner exchange.
