“Putin made a big mistake by sending a low-level delegation to such important talks,” NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte told journalists, APA reports.
“Ukrainians, on the other hand, are at the table today. They have sent their delegation here in the hope that a ceasefire will be achieved. Many people have died in this war. But it is clear to everyone that the war was not started by Ukraine. It was started by the Russians. At this point, we must be sure that we can shift the situation toward peace. This is about lasting peace.”
