NATO Ministers of Foreign Affairs discuss Russia's attempts to destabilize Ukraine and beyond, said the NATO Secretary General, Jens Stoltenberg during the briefing, APA reports.
“Russia brought war back to Europe. This state tries to shake our democracy with cyber attacks, disinformation, energy blackmail and immigration. In recent weeks, Moscow has been mediating to bring migrants to the Russian-Finnish border. Russia uses migration as a means of pressure against its neighbor and a NATO member (Finland - ed.),” he emphasized.
The Secretary General said that NATO stands in solidarity with Finland.
