The Israeli attack on the Turkish-Palestinian Friendship Hospital in Gaza is evidence that this country disregards rights, justice, and humanitarian values, said Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in his address to the public after the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, APA's Istanbul correspondent reports.
He noted that 8,500 Palestinians, most of them infants, children and women, have died as a result of Israel's attacks so far: "Our negotiations continue to ensure that those responsible for the military crimes committed in Gaza are held accountable before the law."
Erdogan added that Türkiye is ready to take responsibility for establishing a new security mechanism in the region.
