The seismological network of Armenia on Tuesday recorded an earthquake, with a magnitude of 2.9, at the Armenia-Georgia border zone, at 10:11am local time, 8 kilometers southeast of Armenia’s Bavra village, and at a depth of 10 kilometers, APA reports, citing news.am.
The tremor measured magnitude 4 at the epicenter, informed the Rescue Service of Armenia.
The seismic activity was felt in Bavra, Saragyugh, and Ashotsk villages of Armenia’s Shirak Province.
