"We are open to investors," said Huseyn Guliyev, representative of the Azerbaijani President's Special Representation in Lachin District, APA's correspondent dispatched to Lachin reports.
Addressing potential investors, Guliyev stated: "We don't tolerate bureaucratic obstacles for investments and eliminate existing ones. We're working to make Lachin's investment environment excellent."
He emphasized that all state institutions are now operational in Lachin: "Every state body has its own building. Within our limited capabilities, everything you see in this district, which Armenians completely destroyed, leaving us no legacy – is newly constructed. Satisfying and accommodating people while providing proper working conditions is itself a challenging process. Our capabilities continue growing as contracting organizations support us in this matter."
