By the end of this year, a logistics subsidy mechanism will be implemented by Azpromo within the framework of promoting the "Made in Azerbaijan" brand, the Chairman of the Board of the Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO), Yusif Abdullayev, told journalists, APA-Economics reports.
“In the document we submitted to the government, it is reflected that up to 70% of the products exported from Azerbaijan will be subsidized. However, we believe that the privileges given in the Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur regions can be more, even up to 100%.”
He stated that the privileges will be time-limited: “We want to implement this support with an initial 5-year period, with the possibility of extending it for another 5 years, so that it provides strong support for the export activities of entrepreneurs operating in the liberated territories.”
