Since its commissioning, 4.3 billion barrels of oil have been transported to world markets through the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline (BTC), said Colin Allan, BP Regional Vice President for Finance, during his speech at the 10th edition of the SPE Annual Caspian Technical Conference, APA-economics reports.
According to him, BTC is an infrastructural facility with high technological capabilities, which has been in operation for 17 years.
Colin Allan added that 4.3 billion barrels of oil were transported by BTC during the mentioned period, including oil from Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan in addition to oil from Azerbaijan.
