The International Energy Agency (IEA) has announced its forecast for the average daily production of oil and other liquid hydrocarbons in Azerbaijan for the years 2025–2030, APA-Economics reports, citing the Agency’s “Oil 2025: Analysis and forecast to 2030” report.
According to the report, the mentioned figure will amount to 590 thousand barrels per day in 2025, which is 10 thousand barrels less compared to the figure for 2024.
According to the Agency’s forecast, the daily production of liquid hydrocarbons in Azerbaijan will be 620 thousand barrels in 2026, 600 thousand barrels in 2027, 580 thousand barrels in 2028, 560 thousand barrels in 2029, and 550 thousand barrels in 2030.
As the figures show, there will be an increase in the production of liquid hydrocarbons in the country next year, followed by a gradual decline.
