The documents signed recently in the oil and gas and energy sectors will pave the way for new investments in Azerbaijan for bp, BP's Executive Vice President for Production and Operations Gordon Birrell told journalists, APA-Economics reports.
Stating that a new stage has begun, the BP official noted that this is also a continuation of the trust shown in them by SOCAR and the Azerbaijani government.
Regarding the volume of investments to be directed to the projects to be implemented within the framework of the new documents, Gordon Birrell said that these are multi-billion-dollar projects.
