The average export price of one barrel of Azeri Light (CIF) crude oil on global markets for the period of January–May 2025 has been revealed, APA-Economics reports according to its calculations.
The average price of Azerbaijani oil during the first 5 months of this year amounted to 73.7 US dollars.
During the first 5 months of 2025, the highest figure was recorded at 84.78 US dollars, while the lowest was 63.25 US dollars.

Recall that in the current year, the average annual export price of one barrel of oil has been calculated at 70 US dollars in Azerbaijan’s state budget. Out of the projected 2025 state budget revenues (38 billion 356 million manats), 18 billion 773 million manats are formed from the oil and gas sector. Of this amount, 14 billion 481 million manats come from transfers from the State Oil Fund, 3 billion 830 million manats from tax revenues through tax authorities from the oil and gas sector, and 462 million manats from dividend payments by SOCAR.
