In January-June, 2024, nearly 14,4 million tons of oil (including condensate) were produced in Azerbaijan, which is 5,3% less in yearly comparison, APA-Economics reports.
"Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli" block accounted for 8,2 million tons of oil production in the Republic, Shah Deniz field for 2,1 million tons (condensate), and Absheron field for 0,3 million tons (condensate). SOCAR's oil production (including condensate) amounted to 3,8 million tons.
During the reporting period, approximately 11,9 million tons of oil (including condensate) were transported for export. 10,3 million tons of it belongs to the consortium, and 1.6 million tons to SOCAR.
