Azerbaijan and Pakistan have exchanged views on cooperation and prospects for joint activities in the fields of investment, industry, and energy, the Ministry of Economy told APA-Economics.
Thus, Minister Mikayil Jabbarov met with Tariq Bajwa, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister of Pakistan and Minister of State.
During the meeting, it was emphasized that relations between the two friendly countries have been strengthening in an atmosphere of mutual trust and that relations in various fields have been developing progressively. The opportunities created by the Azerbaijan-Pakistan partnership for the diversification of economic relations and the prospects for implementing joint projects were discussed.
The parties exchanged views on the positive dynamics of bilateral economic relations, the role of the preferential trade agreement in strengthening business partnerships, and cooperation in the fields of investment, industry, and energy.
