Azerbaijan’s Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov met with Romain Girbal, Co-founder and CEO of France’s IB2 company, to discuss prospects for collaboration in the aluminum industry, the Ministry of Economy told APA.
During the meeting, Minister Jabbarov provided an overview of Azerbaijan’s economic priorities, the country’s favorable business environment, and the wide range of opportunities available to foreign investors. He stressed the importance of strengthening ties between business communities.
The discussions highlighted the strategic significance of efficient resource utilization, diversification of raw material sources, and the incorporation of sustainable technologies in industrial production. The sides also explored potential areas of cooperation in the aluminum sector, including knowledge sharing and exchange of expertise.
