In January-June of this year, approximately 6.4 billion cubic meters of gas were exported from Azerbaijan to Europe, Minister of Energy of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov posted about this on his X account, APA-Economics reports.
According to the information, during the reporting period, 5 bcm of gas was exported to Türkiye, and 1.3 bcm was exported to Georgia. During this period, TANAP supplied Türkiye with 2.8 bcm of gas.
“6 months this year, gas sales abroad increased by approximately 6 percent compared to the corresponding period of last year,” – the minister noted in his post.
