Since the commissioning of the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli (ACG) and Shah Deniz fields, located in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea, a total of 644.8 million tons of oil (including gas condensate) and 455.6 billion cubic meters of gas have been produced as of October 1, 2024, APA-Economics reports.
During the reporting period, 597.2 million tons of oil and 226.1 bcm of gas were extracted from ACG, while nearly 47.6 million tons of condensate and 229.5 bcm of gas were extracted from Shah Deniz.
"By October 1, 2024, 642.9 million tons of oil (including condensate) and 163.9 bcm of gas have been transported for export from these fields," the report states.
