"More oil-producing countries should join OPEC+ initiative (initiative on the reduction of oil production, covering Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries and non-member states), Minister of Energy of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov said at high-level webinar, entitled "Energy issues during COVID-19" organized by Center for International Relations Analysis, APA-Economics reports.
According to him, done works in the oil market during the current situation and their consequences have proved the importance of the future role of OPEC+ and necessity for its expansion.
