"Had I told someone five years ago that we would one day travel from Aghdam to Baku by high-speed train, it might have been dismissed as a dream, a fantasy—or even a legend," Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan - Head of the Department of Foreign Policy Affairs of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan Hikmet Hajiyev wrote on X account, APA reports.
"Yet today, that vision has become a reality. Together with the members of Coordination Headquarters for the Restoration and Reconstruction of the Liberated Territories, we are returning to the capital aboard the newly inaugurated Aghdam–Baku high-speed train—a powerful symbol of revival and progress across our liberated lands," noted H. Hajiyev.
