It has been 4 years since the heavy artillery attack by the Armenian armed forces on civilians gathered for a funeral at the Tartar city cemetery in Azerbaijan during the Patriotic War, APA reports.
On October 15, 2020, the Armenian armed forces once again violated international humanitarian law by deliberately shelling the Tartar city cemetery with heavy artillery during a funeral ceremony.
As a result, 4 civilians attending the burial of their loved one were killed, and 4 others were seriously injured.
Note that during the Second Garabagh War, various civilian settlements in Azerbaijan were shelled by Armenia, often with the use of long-range missiles.
