Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan Rovzat Gasimov clarified whether or not an invitation was sent to the Council of Europe to observe the election, Rovzat Gasimov talked about this in his statement to journalists, APA reports.
Rovzat Gasimov said that the names of the invited organizations will be revealed soon: "3 institutions send invitations to foreign observers to observe the election in Azerbaijan. We have already sent invitations to the electoral bodies of 26 countries."
