Speaker of the Milli Majlis (Parliament) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Sahiba Gafarova, has sent a letter of condolence to Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran, APA reports.
The Speaker expressed her sorrow over the loss of lives and injuries caused by the explosion at Shahid Rajaee Port in the city of Bandar Abbas. On behalf of herself and the members of the Milli Majlis, she extended her heartfelt condolences to the Speaker, the families and relatives of the victims, and the entire Iranian people.
