The next meeting of the Pardon Issues Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been held, commission member Alimammad Nuriyev told APA.
Today marked the 7th and final meeting of the commission for this year. More than 100 appeals were reviewed at the meeting. In total, over 800 appeals have been considered during the meetings held over the past three months.
The reviewed appeals will soon be submitted to the President by the commission.
Note that the commission's meetings are reportedly being held in connection with an upcoming pardon.
