The Azerbaijani government will cover tuition fees for students residing in liberated territories who enroll in public, municipal, and private vocational education institutions during the 2025/2026, 2026/2027, and 2027/2028 academic years, as well as of those who are receiving paid education in these educational institutions, APA reports.
This is reflected in the amendments to the Law "On Education" approved by President Ilham Aliyev.
A corresponding amendment has also been made to the "Vocational Education Law."
This law will come into effect on September 15, 2025.
