The official opening ceremony of the "CIS Capital of Culture - 2025" year will be held tomorrow in the city of Lachin, APA's correspondent on assignment in Lachin reports.
According to the report, officials, art representatives, artistic collectives and media representatives from Azerbaijan and other member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) will participate in the ceremony.
It should be noted that, according to the decision of the CIS Humanitarian Cooperation Council dated October 8, 2024, the city of Lachin in the East Zangezur region of Azerbaijan was declared the "CIS Capital of Culture" in 2025.
