Within the framework of “Lachin – CIS Cultural Capital 2025,” a roundtable themed "Intercultural Cooperation as a Path to Sustainable Development" was organized, APA’s correspondent dispatched to Lachin reports.
The event was attended by representatives of culture and science from 7 countries.
During the roundtable, the importance of cultural cooperation and intercultural dialogue among different countries was discussed. It was emphasized that Azerbaijan has opened cultural centers in six countries over the past 10 years.
Note that, according to the decision of the CIS Council for Humanitarian Cooperation dated October 8, 2024, the city of Lachin in Azerbaijan's Eastern Zangezur region has been declared the Cultural Capital of the CIS for 2025.
