A unified passport system will be introduced for cultural assets, this is reflected in the proposed amendment to the "Law on the Protection of Historical and Cultural Monuments," which was discussed at today’s session of the Milli Majlis (Parliament of Azerbaijan), APA reports.
According to the draft law, the procedures for passportization of immovable monuments and the sample form of the passport will be determined by the authority (institution) designated by the relevant executive body.
The draft law was adopted at the third reading.
